On this page you find many fungi species. Sometimes tasty, sometimes worthless. The common is that they are rarely collected. So I do not recommend them for everybody, but if somebody like to try ... please read my opinion:
Lepista nuda
gąsówka fioletowawa

Probably only few people in Poland collect this specie. It is one of my favourite - is quite common and got pleasant fruity aroma. You can even frighten your guests with steel-blue colour of this mushrooms as pickle.

Not common, but when found grows in large quantity, few clustered together. Its virtue is pleasant, sweetish aroma. Could be used as spice to souse.

Tasty. Rarely collected and grows in winter part of the year.
Poniżej grupa grzybów jadalnych co do których waham się z opinią czy warto je zbierać lub jestem przekonany, że nie warto
Below are more or less controversial species. I am not sure if worth collecting or I am sure that they are not worth to be collected.

Beautifully looking specie. It is collected in some parts of Poland. Most authors depreciate this specie as hard to digest and they say it should be used as mixed with other mushrooms.

This and other not common mushrooms with pores because of its rarity should not be collected for table.

Very common on grassy areas, on pastures etc. It is small but tasty.
Kuehneromyces mutabilis
łuszczak zmienny

Common and looks interesting but I do not decide to try. Probably becouse fear of mistaken with deadly poisonous species around hełmówka jadowita (Galerina marginata). Now I can distinguish them; the fear is irrational but real.

Often grows in large quantities and could be massive. They got no distinguish taste or aroma. People praise delicate flesh.

The violet one often grows in large quantity in beech forests. They are small and tough so nothing special.

Very common puffball. Got strong mushroom aroma, probably too strong, so could be used as spice.

Very common edible Amanita. In Poland there is no tradition to collect it for table.

Other common edible Amanita. This specie is in some parts of Poland traditionaly collected for table.
